Who is Jeevan Yoga for?
Beginners to advanced practitioners. We scale every class with options and props so you can start safely and progress steadily.

Classes run Monday to Saturday; Sunday off. We keep very few vacations so you can stay consistent year-round.

Weight Loss, Weight Gain & Strength, Prenatal (before pregnancy), Postnatal (after pregnancy), Therapeutic & Mobility, and Meditation & Breathwork—all include breathwork, alignment, and relaxation.
Yes—with your doctor’s clearance. Prenatal is tailored by trimester. Postnatal usually begins 6–8 weeks after a normal delivery (longer after C-section), progressing gently to rebuild core and posture.
